TUBU ARGE Anonim Şirketi (“TUBU”, “We”, or “Our Company”) respects the privacy of users of the Fısıltı — AI Voice Journal & Mental Wellness Diary mobile application (“Application”).

1. Personal Data Collected

  • Account Credentials: Email address used during registration or login.
  • Voice Logs: Audio recordings of your diary entries, along with their text transcriptions.
  • Mental Wellness Metrics: Mood tracking scores, stress level assessments, and calendar statistics.
  • Purchase Records: Premium subscription status billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

  • Convert voice recordings into text logs (Speech-to-Text) and catalog entries,
  • Analyze vocabulary patterns to generate mood charts,
  • Recommend breathing exercises and wellness routines.

3. Data Encryption & Security

We enforce strict End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) during data transit. Audio logs and text diaries are stored under encrypted cloud partitions (AWS Frankfurt) accessible only by the user.

4. Deletion & Contact

You can permanently delete your account and all associated voice journals at any time via the Profile -> Delete Account settings in the app or by filling out the form at https://fisilti.app.tubu.io/hesap-sil.
